Arrival & Location
Are parking spaces available?
Yes, there is an underground parking garage with direct access to the hotel (EUR 18,00 / 24h). It is not possible to reserve a parking space. The entrance to the underground parking lot is located at Maxstraße 8. You will find further, chargeable parking spaces in the neighboring streets and in the Dresden Mitte multi-storey parking lot, which is only 200m away.
Is there also public transport nearby?
Yes, several streetcar and bus lines are in the immediate vicinity and will take you to the main train station, the historic city center and also to Dresden Neustadt. With the S-Bahn from Dresden-Mitte station, which is 300m away, you can also quickly reach the airport.
Can I bring my bike or e-bike?
Yes, we have a large lockable bike box in the parking garage area. Power outlets for charging an e-bike are also available there.
Have you got a charging station for electric cars?
Yes, we’ve got three wallbox chargers for e-cars.
Can I walk to Dresden‘s sights?
Of course, the Zwinger and Semperoper can be reached in 5 minutes, the Frauenkirche in 10 minutes.
Is it possible to do a online check-in?
That is no problem, we work together with Hotelbird, the leading provider of digital check-in/out solutions. You will receive a link one day before arrival, which you can use to fill out the registration form and receive the digital key to your room.
Is there also contactless check-in?
Yes, we have a terminal in front of the reception where you can check in. Just have your banking app ready.
What payment options do you offer on site?
You can pay with EC or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, maestro, American Express) or with cash. Paypal is also possible.
When can I check in and when do I have to check out?
Regular check-in is from 15:00 and check-out at 12:00 on the day of departure. If you would like a late check-out until 3 p.m. for a fee of €15.00, please let us know in advance.
What about WIFI?
We got it. It’s free of charge for all our guests and comes with a speed of 120 MBit/s.
Can I leave my suitcase at the hotel a little longer?
Sure, you are welcome to leave your luggage at the hotel.
Are there also family rooms?
Our suites can be made up for a total of four people, just let us know in your booking.
Are there handicapped accessible rooms?
We have 2 barrier free, larger rooms with appropriate space, a ground level shower and an easily accessible bathroom. Please reserve these directly with us. All public areas such as lobby, parking, restaurant, conference area as well as room floors are wheelchair accessible.
Are there safes in the rooms?
Yes, it‘s 13cm x 36cm x 35cm.
Do I have to bring my own hairdryer?
No, all our rooms and suites are equipped with a powerful hairdryer.
Is there a closet for my clothes?
Yes, of course. But you will have to find it on your own. A little tip: In the Classic rooms, the “mobile” table plays a big role…
Are there also smoking rooms?
No, we are a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is only allowed in front of the hotel complex.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your dog (we charge EUR 15.00 per day).
Do I have a minibar in the room?
Our Junior Suites and Penck Suites have a minibar that can be used free of charge. If you have something with you that needs to be refrigerated, please speak to our staff.
How often are the rooms being cleaned?
The rooms are cleaned every two days. If you want daily cleaning, simply let reception know or order it in the room using the tablet.
How much does breakfast cost in the hotel and how long can I have breakfast?
You are welcome to book our delicious breakfast buffet (EUR 20.00 per person) at any time on site. Breakfast is available Monday to Friday 06.30-10.30 and Saturday, Sunday and public holiday 07.00-11.00. We’ve also got vegetarian and vegan options.
What are the opening hours of the restaurant?
During the week the restaurant is open from 06:30 to 22:00 and on weekends from 07:00 to 00:00.
Can I have something to eat at the restaurant in the evening?
Yes, we offer a snack menu and drinks.
Is it possible to watch football in the hotel?
Yes, you can watch the Champions League and Bundesliga at our bar. You are welcome to come by.

Is there WiFi in the meeting rooms?
Sure we have. Free for all guests and with speed of 120 MBit/s.
Are the rooms also air-conditioned?
Yes, our meeting rooms are equipped with new air conditioning units and all have windows.
Can I sign my meeting at the hotel?
We would be happy to sign your conference digitally with a company logo or place your logo, the conference agenda or a company video on the tablets in your participants’ rooms.
