Juices and Fruit Wine
The private Heide artisan press house from Central Saxony is a fourth generation family business and has been producing juices and fruit wines for over 90 years.
Beer
Meißner Schwerter is Saxony's oldest private brewery with over 550 years of history. As a result, all ingredients come from local cultivation: hops from the Elbe-Saale and Spalt growing areas - barley from farmers in the Meißner Land, among others.
Sparkling Wine
The oldest sparkling wine manufacturer in Saxony, Schloss Wackerbarth, was named “Germany's best sparkling wine producer”. The winery features an imposing castle and garden and is located in the middle of the Radebeul vineyards.
Wine
We source our wines from various winemakers in the Saxon Elbland, which stretches along the Elbe from Pillnitz to Meißen.
Distillates
Augustus Rex is Dresden's first specialty distillery. The basis is the regional fruit growing and the numerous orchards around Dresden. The distillery has now received almost 100 international awards for its distillates.
Baked goods
The Dresden bakery Siemank delivers rolls, breads and cakes. The head office of the 150-year-old bakery is located directly on the Elbe Cycle Path in the Laubegast district of Dresden.
Meat and Charcuterie
We purchase meat, sausage and charcuterie products from the butcher shop Klotsche, in Radeburg near Dresden which has been around since 1908.

Water
Oppacher Mineralquellen is an independent family owned business that provides our water from the Oberlausitzer Bergland, which is around 50 km away.
